		<description>I think everything has to be in moderation otherwise you could over do it. You must take time out sme of the time or you will feel the exercise is too much of a chore. I&#039;ve recently purchased an exercise bike and have managed to keep going every day apart from sunday when we really go to church and spend time out with the family. having a break just gives you the inspiration to get back to it!</description>

If it doesn&#039;t motivate people to buy the product, at least it motivates them to some sort of action! My theory is to do something every day that is good for you and not to put expectations on yourself. Be happy now and be healthy now. Thats all we should commit to!

		<description>You are correct about challenging your body. When training it is good to push yourself a little harder every session because otherwise your body will become accustomed to that workout and will only remain in its current state. Dont beat yourself up about taking a few days off. Get back into your fitness routine and you will be back onto reaching your goals.</description>
