I tried to hit the gym 6 days a week but I got really exhausted and it got very boring (lol). So I joined a semi private personal training the group called The Difference. I train 3 days for 90 min a week in a group of 4, with master trainer Roland Semprie, and with this intense high energy workout, there is no need to hit the gym 6 days a week.

Hi, 1st you got a really nice blog going. I got some nice info from your links collection, thanks for that.
I started now 3 times to get myself from the couch ... I failed 2 times 2007 and 2008. Regarding your question :
I do daily HIIT and 3 times per week weights, BUT nutrition is the key and your mindset. So far I'm happy with my goals and how my body transforms. Best of Luck

Here's a thought. Many times I hear people say that they need to workout for at least 30-60 minutes each day. Life happens and there may be days when you just don't have the time or energy to do a regular workout. Here's an idea. Spend 3-5 minutes each morning sitting on the edge of your bed breathing deeply. Before the breathing get your mind right by thinking of something that brings back successful experiences in your past. Reconnect to the feeling of success. Spend some time breathing each morning and you will find that you'll get your day off on the right foot. Deep breathing is great exercise. Breathe life into your day.

Whether if you are just starting out or you are an experienced exerciser, following a training program to guide your workouts is the secret to any successful routine. Without it, your program can get stale, boring and you can easily lose motivation quickly.

If you want to see results from exercise, whether that's weight loss or just getting in better shape, I've found from personal experience that I need to exercise at least 5-6 days a week for at least 35 minutes a day of intense work. Everyone's a little different, but the more the better. But I totally understand wanting to relax, too ;-)
