I feel that finding what will make people WANT to do something is more important than routine workouts</description>

		<description>Kayaking is a good time; I get out on the lakes any time we visit our folks over the Summer since both my folks and my in-laws have kayaks and live right on a lake.  Quite convenient.</description>
