He started his new job 6 months ago and was so busy, he had no time to get into exercising.  Right now he&#8217;s not happy about it and decided to find a workout plan.  He told me his goal was to get a 6 pack, so he went to <a href="http://www.menshealth.com" target="_blank">MensHealth</a> and found this downloadable routine called the <a href="http://www.pumpone.com/miva/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&amp;Store_Code=MH&amp;Category_Code=MH-103">&#8220;6 Week Plan to a 6-Pack.&#8221;</a> There are a series of workouts and you can even watch them on your iPod and computer.  I think even if you had a compatible cell phone too!</p>

<p>The workouts are by <a href="http://www.pumpone.com">PumpOne</a> and I looked at the plan, and it seems to be promising.  In addition to the video, there is a version you can print out and take with you, such as the gym, as well.  You will need certain equipment.  My boyfriend wants me to get in on it, and I&#8217;m definitely not complaining.  I&#8217;m just glad that he finally wants to workout with me. <img src='http://www.workinonmyfitness.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
