Each of these bars have the following:

Made with real fruit + 17 vitamins & minerals

No artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners or preservatives

6 grams of high-quality protein

Fruit C2 MAX optimized carb blend with the same ratio of glucose to fructose proven to deliver more energy

I like the fact the Electrolyte mix is portable and easily made with a bottle of water. I’m love anything that puts some flavor in my usual water… so it’s great, especially when I’m doing a tough workout!

It’s amazing how many products PowerBar has come up with to help rev up your energy when you’re on the go. Thanks again PowerBar!

Win High Performance Sport Detergent is a special detergent to eliminate odors and sweat that has been embedded into your fitness/sport clothing. Pretty neat concept huh? I think so. When we work out or play sports, there is no avoiding sweat and the odors that come with it.

How does Win work exactly, and how is it different from the usual detergent that we all use? Well, Win has a super oxygenated system that removes the dirt and odors that hide and stick onto clothing. This detergent was designed to address the needs of the sports enthusiast market, and not only does it removes odors and dirt, it also enhances the appearance of your clothing with optical brighteners.

Interesting enough, this detergent has been licensed as the official detergent of the U.S. Olympic team, which definitely makes a lot of sense.

Personally, I think it’s a really cool idea that there is a detergent out there for this type of clothing since what you wear when you’re working out or playing sports is so important.

It’s gotten some good reviews over at Amazon, so you know it’s a quality product. Check out Win Detergent’s Official Site to find the nearest store to buy or order online.

My dad is really into golf, and I decided to give it a try so this past weekend, we went to the driving range and I learned how to swing a golf club. I got the hang of it eventually and I think it’s a lot of fun! It’s a great way to relieve stress because you’re hitting a ball as far as you can, making you bring all the power you have to do so. Of course there’s the sport of being able to hit the ball in a specific direction, but I’m working on that. My goal in the next few months is to be able to be good enough to play a 9 hole game with my dad. Golf requires a lot of walking, and because you’re required to use your arms to swing the club, it’s a different way to work out your arms especially.
