I had decided to fold on this blog but I realize I don’t want to entirely. But I will contribute from time to time when inspiration strikes.
My focus has really shifted towards eating better, as well as fitness. Now that I have a little one, I feel like it is my responsibility as a mom to be mindful of what he’s eating and how we treat the place we live.
This will be a blog of some updates about fitness related topics, but I will be focusing my efforts at a new blog at Random Food Cravings.
