My Goals
I have neglected my fitness and health for too long and because I would like to NOT look fat, or in a better term, FIT in my wedding pictures, I’d like to tone and lose weight.
Because my wedding is in more than a year from today (December 2008) I’d really like to lose 10 pounds and overall tone areas such as my arms, legs and stomach areas.
As far as fitness goes, I’d like to get back into running again. Maybe even run a 5k at least 3 times in 2009.
